The England Cricket Thread

Another session over the 5 days and I reckon we'd have had that; they'll take confidence from that performance at Headingley which is obviously a must. Heading up there on Day 3.
 
A scrappy draw, but I'll take it! Fine work by Labuschagne and Head.

That was a truly exciting game, really great to watch.
 
Smith out of the 3rd test, no surprises really. A shame, but England in a twisted way will probably be pleased.

Also Labuschange got plonked again by Starc today in the nets, suffice to say he's preparing for more of the same stuff on Thursday...
 
England named the same squad, but that's hardly surprising with the quick turnaround. Can't see them changing the starting 11 either.

Jimmy's playing a county match to test his fitness. Hope he takes it easy. Another tweak and that's his summer finished.
 
Roy hit on the neck today too, sounds like he's OK as he had a neck guard on! Wonder if they'll enforce them soon.
