That black woman (only way to describe her unless someone noted her name) was odious. Rolling her eyes before he had even said anything then just kept interrupting. How can you have debate with that level of "I will ask you a question I want answered but don't give a stuff what you answer"

From watching about 30mins of Farage he seemed pretty good, but again I was right in earlier comments that the audience would begin baiting him and his credibility because there is very little as can be argued against him really

I have a question in regards to EU budget increases being expected by the Brexit speakers the response from remain was "we have a veto on the EU budget"

Now if we take the big long shot and assume that the uk uses its veto to block a budget rise.

What happens then?

How many times could we block the rise?

anyone know?

Europe's plans to deal with the migration crisis include increasing the limits for legal immigration from Africa with easier visa access for certain countries.

Five African states - Nigeria, Senegal, Mali, Niger and Ethiopia - will be targeted to curtail migration and incentives may also include preferential trade terms.

The aim is to reduce the incentive for people to try to smuggle themselves into the continent illegally on flimsy boats and put their lives at risk.

'If we ever want to compete with the US Green Card, we need an EU Blue Card that deserves the same merit,' Migration Commissioner Dimitris Avramopoulos said.

Farage definitely lost points on the pharmaceuticals industry question, particularly with the alternate medicines line...

Yep that was a bit embarrassing. He had no answer to the pharmaceuticals issue and as someone leaning to leave this is the kind of detail that worries me.

This bint did the Leave vote a big favour, many people are fed up with the levels of immigration and watching some uppity ethnic try and be clever and divisive just ruffles their feathers more. I guess many viewers must have been agreeing with those watching in my local, and thinking "I'd have her on the first boat out if I had my way". These loud mouthed women think they are doing their diversity cause good by acting like that, when in reality people just start to think "trouble maker". Best if they learnt better debating skills than shouting and ranting. Especially wit one as skilled as Nigel. Probably her moment of TV fame, with hugs from her "diverse" sisters and brothers after the show.

anyone know?

Honestly, it's kind of irrelevant. As far as I am aware, no EU budget has ever been vetoed and it would be very stupid of any UK government to use its veto on the EU budget. For all of the waffle about vetoing this and vetoing that in the run up to the referendum, vetoes are rarely used in the EU because it's always had a much more consensual and co-operative approach. If the UK starts throwing around its veto we will rapidly become (more) unpopular with the other states and that will make it much more difficult to achieve our aims.

The way to avoid rises in the EU budget is not to veto it but to persuade other EU countries that a rise in not desirable. Given the recent weakness of some of the EU economies, and the difficulties many of them are facing with their own fiscal balance, this shouldn't be an unachievable goal.

So why is remain using the "your fears of the EU budget going up are void because we will veto it" line?

budget rises dont need to be divided equally though do they

Who knows? I think plenty of the stuff coming out of the official Remain camp is stupid.

Budget rises are applied equally in the sense that they're applied as a multiplier of GNI that is equal across all countries. It can't be raised for particular countries and lowered for others except through extra-budget measures like our rebate.

The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) is a deal being negotiated between the EU and USA.

If we were not in the EU, we could not be a signatory to it.

Any chance the USA could get us to sign it ouside of the EU?

If not then that's a pretty big win for me say out again instead of staying in.

I think it is likely they would present a similar deal if we leave and it would be up for the government of the day to negotiate/agree. I can't see it happening before the next general election though.

On the Wright show this morning a woman rang in regarding race attacks and said what about Rotherham.
The despicable Wright said he had no idea what she was talking about and "it means nothing to me"
Just another left wing media person not only in denial but also apparently quite behind with the news.
