Yeah, but they tend to say these things would be limited to 'one hemisphere' more or less. God knows why, but I just vaguely recall this as a point of interest.
Edit @Ev0: Jesus, it is in the Northern Hemisphere isn't it... Presumed China was southern too... hmm, there really is much more of the world in the North...
