I need to get on Facebook and wipe some EPIC 6 month smug grins off some Stupid looking Scotsmen's faces.

Not because i cared too much about the issue. More because i care how it will make their tears so sweeter.

I really don't want to be petty about all this, but it's hard not to be in some cases.

LOL! It's dangerous to go alone! Take this!

Hilarious watching nationalist supporters on the news trying to make this is what they wanted all along and that its some kind of victory for the YES campaign.. lol

Thanks a lot Scotland!

You Jocks had one job! ONE JOB! All you had to do was put a tick in a box next to yes and you couldn't even do that right!

Useless!

The Yes campaign are keen to point out they got 1.6 million votes that can't be ignored. Does that mean if they had won by 1% they'd have been saying we can't ignore the 1.8 million who voted against independence and stayed in the union - I don't think so.

More people voted to stay together, things should stay the same.

The Yes camp will get to have it all their way when they win the vote.

All yes voters should be penalised because not only did they waste everyone's time for a couple of weeks, they also lost many companies a lot of money because they destabilised the Sterling against the Dollar.

While tidying the kitchen last night I said to the wife "the latest poll is 53% to 47% but I think it will be higher than that as some No voters will be keeping quiet, I reckon 55% to 45% in the end"

This morning I could tell she was impressed... :D

Childish romanticism. I say bring back the belt, nowadays you can bring an ak47 into school and sue the teacher for terrorist discrimination if they take it off you, 'when I wert a lad', the teachers/parents didn't mess about.

I was expecting a no

Seems I was right

Good move

I don't think anyone was expected a YES majority, even the SNP. It seems to have been a pretty clever political move, which has guaranteed them more powers regardless of the outcome.

That is, of course, assuming it doesn't all die down now allowing the politicians to backtrack on their (recently made) promises.

I thought YES mightve won. A few weeks ago all I saw was YES stickers in Glasgow and Edinburgh, Scottish flags hung up everywhere, YES things in peoples windows.

I guess the loudest aren't necessarily the majority.

No you mean, 'you wanted yes to win', empty vessels make the most noise(I took that quote from some commentator). The silent responsible loyal majority don't need to shout from the rooftops their intentions.
