Hi guys
Last week i decided to join the local Gym, been a week now since ive started to eat healthy and excersise.....so far ive lost 8lbs....im not a big guy but im 6ft.4 and just wanna tone up.....any reccomendations as of what to do at the gym to lose the beer belly and a bit on the legs?
my routine ive started to do is 55 flights of stairs on the stepping machine, 20 mins on the cross trainer and a fast walking pace on the tread mill for 15 mins
