It is. For the fact the White is the majority ethnic group in that certain country. If you went to a country where the minority is white then you could complain about racism.

Pfft, so when im standing in Brecon, where theres probably no more than 100 black people out of about 10000 people and one calls my chalky or white **** or something like that then you consider that to not be racist?
