How much of an improvement will this be over an i5 2500k? I'm thinking of upgrading but should I hold out and wait for IB or get an SB?

@buchtis, if you want 5-15% more performance and don't mind paying a bit more for the CPU then wait. If your on a tighter budget look out for drops in price on Z68 and SB CPU's. Saying that by varying your mobo choice you could probably bring them both in at a similar cost unless we see drastic reductions SB.
