The King's Speech

I want to see this film extremely bad.

Mainly because I think Helena Bonham-Carter is very attractive, but I do think Colin Firth is a great actor also.

Sadly, I know not one other 16 year old who would want to see it :/

I have little interest in the Royal Family but I found the movie incredibly moving and interesting.

I've talked about the movie to mates in the gym and they've given me looks like, "sounds **** mate", so I can understand why some are just avoiding/not giving a chance despite the hype.

Watched it a few days ago.

It was good, good acting, good story, good writing. Just good.

I enjoyed it and I don't usually like films of that type, certainly wouldn't consider it the masterpiece some people seem to be heralding it as though.

It is however the first film I have found Bonham-Carter almost bearable in though, so I suppose it deserves my respect.

Excellent film and really great performance by Firth :)

Benefit of wifey being a member of SAG and the WGA means lots of Oscar screeners! Kings Speech, Black Swan, Social Network and a few others arrived in the post in the New Year :)
