The most annoying/ridiculus/impossible boss's in games?

Raam from gears of war on insane, never did kill him, found the game rather easy until I met him. Never tried him on co-op as i dont play on live.

Most annoying - the one at the end of Torchlight. Wasn't hard. It just took so long I just gave up.

Hard - many Ninja Gaiden bosses. Particularly remember Alma and those annoying Armadillo things from the 2nd.

M Bison SF2 turbo, such a cheap ass cheat, oh look defence breaking attacks, instant charging specials and unrepeatable by any human instant knockout combos.

On my first play through I found that electric dude on top of the blimp harder than Alma for some reason, probably because I wasn't as used to the controls.

The one for me that springs to mind for me is radec on kz2 on elite it was that hard i corrupted my save i tried it that much

There has been many bosses but this has got to be my recent one i have had trouble with .
ninja gaiden just seemed a hard game throughout never played the 2nd and like some people have said ff7 had some tough bosses .

I also remember on rouge squadron 2 on the gamecube there was a mission to blow up 200 tie fighters and to get gold was almost impossible

Shao Kahn in the final stage of Ultimate/Mortal Kombat 3. Oh boy the first time I went up against him, I found him to be cheap and damn fast. Didn't give me much chance to attack him. His hammer attack was a dreaded move along with upper shoulder cut.

First time you meet Long Gui before taking on mission mark 64 on Final Fantasy 13. You go in with the idea that its shouldn't be too hard.... that is till it hits you with Ultima and 1 hit kills your entire party

Penance in FF X, massive amount of time needs investing to even get your characters to a stage where they will last more than 10 seconds never mind actually kill it.

+1, 100 hours for unlocking penance and another 100 for maxing 255 your status
