The must have toy of this Xmas?

In the past we have seen furbies and Buzz lightyear's at the top of many a list to santa. It would seem that there isn't going to be so much of a last minute fight at the check-outs this year, specially with the delay of the PS3 .

Any idea which toys are going to be totally sold out this year?
 
Wii most likely, although i can't for the life of me understand why people like em so much.
I think most uk dwellers have given up hope of getting a ps3 for Christmas or have already got one.
Laptops have been selling like hot cakes recently so i expect they will be quite popular, but not a must have.

Not in the uk. Yes everyone wants one but i think to be a 'must have' something needs to be on sale in the uk and readily available and likely to be received by a lot of people at christmas and the ps3 is none of those.

Is there a new one coming out? What about the ipod phone, can't remember if that's out in time for Christmas or not?
If not i would have thought most people have already got one. I suppose a lot of people will be upgrading to a newer one though.

Supposed to be, everywhere was going mad for them a couple of months back but the interest seems to have died down (to me anyway).

Personally I cant see why its so special, it just laughs a bit and falls over :confused:

RandomTom may i ask what courses you are applying for at the same Uni 4 times?

Also this years must have toy is probably a robot, like last year. What's that big dinosaur robot called? It bites fingers according to the packaging.

I work in Toys R Us and there is a lot of PSP's being sold this year, especially in pink and silver. Bratz dolls and toys seem to be selling really, really well aswell. Star Wars and Dr Who are also very popular toys but it's hard to say which ones will sell out completely.
 
HD LCD TV's

I was in John Lewis the other day and you couldn't move with the amount of people looking at them.

Most of them were in their 60's or older which I found quite odd as I wouldn't expect that age group to be interested in them yet. Proved me wrong! :o
