The New Civic Type-R

For those who havn't seen it yet Honda unveiled their new Type-R model of the Honda Civic at this years Geneva Motor Show, and I must say its beautiful.

The only downer so far is the Type-R version will be around the same performance as the current model civic at 200bhp, but rumour has it they are also making a Type-RR version with 240bhp. If this is true then I'm definatly holding out for one

. The Type-R is expected to go on sale in early 2007 at £18,000.

Christ, what a beauty. As much as the current CTR is a speed demon, it doesn't half look bland.

They've really sorted it out though it seems, possibly not in yellow though...

seriously godawful looking car. Someone on my street at home has a new model and its the worst looking car i think ive ever seen, it looks worse than a multipla.

Shame the inside will ming hard, looks ok but prefer the current type r.

its too max power ish. and that spoiler at the back (like the audi A2 has on it) means you will probably be able to see nothing out the back window. It might grow on me in the flesh. Bit disappointed about the same 200BHP in it.

I'd stick with the EP3 for now
