The new Foo Fighters album - tasters inside

Everlong is simly amazing, Monkey Wrench too. Are those Colour and Shape songs, by any chance???

I always liked the Foo's but have more or less tried to avoid them as they have been on every single music channel for the past 15 years with one of their annoying comedy videos. However, I don't really need convincing that they are probably the best premier rock band out there at this moment in time, I might be wrong though.

Good in their own right, but Grohls Nirvana history also brings with it some sort of reassurance that these boys know how to do it correctly, appeals to me anyway.

Got the Best Of and love it, that 30 second preview is sounding very very promising.

Edit#: White Limo is genius and hilarious. Just awesome.

I wouldn't be surprised! I saw TCV at Hammersmith - Absolutely epic :D Grohl is a monster behind the drums
It seems like Hawkins has been a little more experimental in this album aswell! I saw him live with the Coattail Riders in London - Probably one the best gigs I've ever been to  :D

Yeah I think so. They're sounding like what I want the Queens of Stone Age to sound more like after Songs/Deaf. It's very very good stuff! :D

I saw them at the 02 acdamey in Birmingham. JPJ was loving it like a home coming gig:D and some one touched Josh and HE DIDN'T KILL THEM! must have been high or in a good mood that day

Oh yeah JPJ was loving it :D The piano solo he played at the end of Spinning in Daffodils was unbelievable! Everyone just shut up for about 2 to 3 minutes whilst everyone (including Dave and Josh) watched in awe!

Haha that's surprising - Josh is known to flip out in hilarious style at concerts sometimes :p

JPJ seems to think that they will be. Apparently, a lot of the material for the second album is done as it's going to be the material which didn't make it on the first album.

See, it's that sort of 'jamming' approach that put me off the vultures, I like tight structures. I've not listenned to the album enough for it to grow on me, I only like Gunman, and that's only because there was a cool video with a skeleton dancing in it.

Love Foos. Only seen them live once (in Copenhagen some years ago), but would love to see them again! However, I do think they have released some stuff that is a bit... I don't know... boring... The new stuff is certainly all but that :)
