Will sound a bit like a fanboy post but.........

Had my OLED SF for a month and although i love it, and enjoy the customisation abilities, the media side of the IP4 (which i also have) is loads better (as youd expect considering the price differential)

So mine will be going on ebay later to recoup some xmas spending money.

Android is coming into its own now with more and more supporters and official apps appearing, but it's just not 'complete' enough..... yet.

I think its probably just me wanting an easy life, so the garden walled approach that apple take is suiting me.

Each to their own i suppose. If i was on a limited budget i'd persevere more, but given my position and the choice i have the IP4 wins.

I would link but I'm using my phone. Better to just google t-mobile android apn settings. Most phone companies have the info on their support sites.

picked mine up this lunchtime and i love it, i got the white one, i cant really tell whether it is TFT or AMOLED TBH.

Anyone got mobile internet working on O2? if i turn wifi off i cant get no connection over O2 at all.

EDIT: being a noob to android i couldn't for the life of me find where to input the APN settings, but ive sorted it now!

does anyone know how to stop wifi switching off when the phone goes in sleep mode (or making the phone reconnect when its woken up)

Not sure you can, it's something all android phones do , not sure why you'd want to switch that feature off either.

Search for "Blade Wifi fix" on the Android marketplace it re-activates the wifi and works quite well.

Could anyone help me flash this God damn phone please? I've read countless guides on Modaco but still don't get what to do. There's so many ROM's, isn't there just an update for Android 2.2 or hasn't it been released on the Blade yet?

I'm also using the TFT screen, want to get rid of the bloated Orange crap and update to 2.2 if possible.

picked one up this afternoon but i cant get it to unlock, ive put my o2 sim in but it just loads up as normal and just says no sim on the top corner. any ideas?

is it possible to have apps etc install on the sd card rather than the phones internal memory.

did you start the phone up first with the orange simcard in?
