No, if you go to the menu then 'My own', 'Go to' is listed in there. You can assign it to one of the selection keys, which is what I've done, 6230 style.

BUSH id say you have a dodgy phone there mate, number one,

yes crashes do happen but not much at all!

mine picks up all the time when being called, it never crashed when writing txts etc, go in and explain and ask for a replacement and try that.

I'll be going in on monday to get it replaced/repaired. The crashing/browser problems to me seem caused by a lack of memory/too slow a processor, though i'll reserve judgement until its been repaired/had the software updated

To be honest though once its repaired or replaced, I think i'll use my insurance to cancel the contract, ebay the n80, and pick up a p990i on a new contract.

im loving my new phone mate honestly a working version does a treat!

I've CPW lifeline insurance which from what I recall allows me to cancel the airtime contract anytime after 90days or something, which will be up fairly soon, or should be by the time the p990i is widely available.

Nope, he is right.

TFG (Total Freedom Guarantee), insurance premium is used to buy out the contract.

3 Protecting your airtime contract
3.1 If this applies to your type of Policy and you tell us that you want to end your airtime contract , we may:

end your liability to the airtime provider, determined as follows;

• for a 12 month airtime contract, an amount limited to 9 times your monthly line rental if you decide to cancel it only after the first three calendar months following the start of your initial airtime contract

• for an 18 month airtime contract, an amount limited to 12 times your monthly line rental if you decide to cancel it only after the first six calendar months following the start of your initial airtime contract

• for a 24 month airtime contract, an amount limited to 15 times your monthly line rental if you decide to cancel it only after the first nine calendar months following the start of your initial airtime contract

• in the case of upgrade whereby you have taken out a new airtime contract and your policy has been transferred to insure the new handset, then the maximum liability is determined by the relevant airtime contract (i.e. 12, 18 or 24 month as detailed above) which you have taken out.

However, you must have bought that contract from The Carphone Warehouse with this policy . Please note that if you exercise your rights under 3.1 above then you will lose your mobile phone number.
