Miso roasted cauliflower with a chickpea, carrot and vermicelli noodle salad.

Looks kinda dry but there was loads of tahini and soy dressing through the salad.

Dunking delivered from a glass bottle is the issue - not a genZ squeezy -
(hmmh looks like morrissons are now stocking chef brown sauce - I had to import last consignment)
