I asked for one in the 90's in a Greater Manchester chip shop and got the blankest of stares.

You are going to hate me then. Not only did I have my lasagne in a bowl (but only for convenience) I then dumped my chips in the same bowl. Big bowl though.
I have to say @{SAS}TB that was truely delicious thanks for opening my eyes.
