OK then, you can give him the 3-0 win, if rules are rules.

It wasn't throwing toys outta the pram, after that first goal was conceded, it wasn't even counted as a lucky goal, it was beyond my power, even Phill was shocked at how my goal keeper walked it into the goal. I tried booting it out, and he just wouldn't.

The thing was, I thought I had really good chances beforehand, and once that goal had gone in, my concentration and mindset had just gone completely, hence the 2nd goal, where my defence was gone, and I just brought my keeper right out. I was very tired and frustrated, and couldn't concentrate on the game.

I am very sorry for doing that Phill, hope there is no hard feelings.

It should be 3-0 Rumps unless it is already 3-0 or more, in which case it should be +3 on whatever the score was.

If there is no additional penalty, it leaves people if getting beat 3-0 or 4-0 with the enticing prospect of taking a 3-0 rather than face a humping.
 
I don't know what the problem is, Phil doesn't mind a replay, if he had a problem with it, or didn't want to do it, then fair enough, i would easily give him the win then, but if he is agreeing to it, then surely we can? I even admitted to quitting, I could have easily said "my connection cut out, sorry mate" or something of that similar.
Instead, I admitted that I became completely terrible after the 1st goal, since my mind was wandering after focusing on attack attack attack, and I thought that Phil wouldn't mind a replay beforehand considering that goal was beyond any of our powers...
I really thought I had a chance to do well in this league, but now, with this not being counted etc. I don't know.:(

EDIT-AGAIN, LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR! I DID NOT QUIT BECAUSE I WAS ANGRY, I QUIT BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET BACK INTO IT AFTER THAT DEMOARLIZING FIRST GOAL. STOP ****ING ME OFF WITH STUPID COMMENTS SAYING HOW I GOT ANGRY LIKE MARK IS TRYING TO SAY.
 
Regardless of sob stories/opinions being stuck into this its a 3-0 loss for quitting out like that and your first warning GamerTM. Another quit and you will be hit with a -3 point penalty.

Mark I tend to agree that if the game is 3 goals or more already then there should be a further goal penalty added by admin so that people don't dodge a thrashing that may effect goal difference.

swychmedia I will get some rules up for you later been meaning to do that for a while.

thought I'd just pop in here with my view, I've thrown my toys out of the pram a few times, but always finished the game even where I'm losing 5-2

**** happens mate, just deal with it, everybody's scored / conceded truly awful goals, take it on the chin and at least finish the game , then mouth of on the forums if you must. But if someones taken the time to play you, finish the game , it's just rude
 
yea, I enjoyed that one, cheers mate.

I like close games but I still have terrible trouble scoring or even creating chances.

Calm down dude.

I conceded a goal after 2 minutes yesterday against Soulja, then another a bit later, no matter how the goal went in, it's a goal. I still battled on though, you should have done the same. I'm sorry but the result will stand in this case.

yeah I know, no doubt once I'm all set up again you will all be playing GTA 4 or something, but I hope the leagues still about

I think I've already said I move out end of april and then just imposing on parents as me and the GF are between contracts, finally going to get to set up a real home though:)

Good game chap, totally out muscled me and seemed to win everyting in the air.
Although those first two goals looked suspiciously like cut backs to me.

How do you get your forwards to run onto the ball? Mine always seemed to have their backs to goal.

I'm doing pretty well, 2 draws, one against Andy so thats alright, a 1-0 win, a 5-2 win, and now a 4-0 win. Haven't ACTUALLY lost yet, excluding the quitting one. Hope that doesn't ruin my chances of going high in the table...

EDIT-Wiggis, weren't cutbacks because i didn't run close to the sideline, my player passing the ball was in line with the player who scored.
I dont know how to get my forwards running on the ball, they just do it automatically :/

Cut backs are allowed matey! GamerTM scored one against me so I duly did one against him too yesterday :)
