Sounds like you have to email them/Asus are banking on people forgetting so they dont have to pay out.

I've sent them an email this afternoon, as likewise mine was approved end of December.

Just got my cashback after chasing on Monday (got a reply sayin they would look into it yesterday, and then the cashback today).

I think for anyone still waiting, its defiitely worth giving them a nudge.

With that and the £25 rate my gear amount (so £100 in total), that has made the motherboard cost a lot more palatable.
