No BR or SP is good. Hopefully the amount of MP modes is limited so they just focus getting the core modes right. Previous BF games post BF3 had so many MP modes that would get played once or twice and then never touched again.

I dont really see the point of The Specialist's but will reserve judgement until I get to play. At the moment it just seems like way of making the classes more complicated. E.g one Specialist is assault class but has an grapling hook, why not just have standard assault class but with the option to change 'special' ability allowing you to choose a grapling hook or whatever the other Specialist assault guy can do.

Also allowing all weapons with all classes sounds like chaos but we shall see....:p

A short SP mode adds a bit of something to what is otherwise a pure MP game. (Whilst not distracting much from MP dev time)
BF2 received glowing reviews and had no SP campaign at all. This was because all the time could be spent making a fantastic MP game.
I can never remember one person complaining that Battlefield 2 didnt have an SP mode, probably because they were too busy enjoying the game

Unless they innovated a bit with bots and classes and added some depth there.

Real Battlefield fans won't care about a lack of campaign. I just hope they down sprawl out with game modes ans customisations (any weapon for any class/specialist is concerning).

Not in my experiance of Warzone crossplay, the console aim assist was very strong. It was like a built in aimbot. :(
It's not 'console aim assist' its pad aim assist. I connected a PS4 pad and you get the same aim assist options or Xbox / PS players. I was totally gash moving around using a pad but managed a few kills due to the aimbot style aim assist you get playing with a pad.

It would be interesting to see how well pad / console players do is the only option was aim assist off :D Not very well is my guess
