Should be fun :) that's if I can remember to do the VoG, haven't done it since my Xbox days lol
 
Yep I will be back to blast through VoG / CE. I am not really fussed by King's Fall as I was somewhat exhausted by the Hive at that point.

I want a 400 light Fatebringer, VoC & Vex.

I missed most of the second part of the stream (somewhat stressful evening) but I did catch them saying that there will be additional things/rewards to collect and that Crota has "been rebuilt". I think they were referring to the character itself and not the raid but who knows...

Oracles will be interesting at 390 light and without Oracle disruptor (initially). Either Super Good Advice or G'horn rockets should make short work of them.... hopefully.
 
Think I only done the bridge bit legit once, I still haven't got the Icebreaker :( but I'll be back for some VoG and CE :)
 
I might come back, but it all depends on what the record book gives and if it transfers into Destiny 2. The emblems etc for the last record book were pretty meh to be honest.

Someone told me Raid weapons wouldn't have elemental damage. They showed a fatebringer shooting normal bullets apparently.

I did VOG the other day with 3 other people. 4 manned it. We were just about to kill atheon for the second time and the game booted us to download the new update.

We did every bit legit with no icebreakers. I did however use 2 VOG weapons (VOC and Praetorian Foil) and new Gjallahorn.

Nothing phased us and the only times we died were when we were messing about with Gorgons, etc. I wonder if they will change the mechanics at all. Because if you can 4 man it now no issues even with the level buff it will be easy with 6 people.

you could just do the raid now and get them. i only got my praetorian foil about 2-3 months back.


this is the issue. people complain about lack of content yet your saying you have never played the VOG raid. I wonder what other content you have bothered to just skip over. if you wanted to do everything that resets on a tuesday you could be pushing on for about 12+ hours worth of content per character.
 
Chill out Sonny, he only said that he didn't get Fatebringer or Vex, not that he never played VOG. Add the fact that unless you have a regular team, it could prove difficult for a casual player to get a team together and run a old raid.

I have done vog many times with my raid group but every time back in year 1 I either got the shotgun at Templar or the sparrow at Atheon

Thank you I actually did have a raid team all the way through untill lack of content in rise of iron with them playing something different I'm just hoping they will be back because it a strong 6
