As far as I can tell:

If you have a physical copy of the game early you can now play as server are up.

If you have a digital download then you have to wait till Midnight tonight / 12am Tuesday to play.

You should have played the Beta, it's that got me into the hype and buying the game.

Website is the best but it's not going to give you any more detail that the game mechanics and lore. Perhaps it's worth buying and trying it, if not your cuppa, you can sell it on MM without losing much within a week.
