Nightfall and Weekly heroic were the easiest so far I think.. from the ledge at the top it's so quick to kill :) also cleared Vault of glass etc..

Got the Gjallahorn and The Last Word from VOG not a bad day :)

Still don't see the problem with it before...

We didn't even realise it was the furthest 3 people and we've completed it 3 times. 3 people who know what they're doing with the Relic and the likelihood of it selecting the other 3 are down to about 5% This change hasn't done jack to make everyone need to know the Relic part. Its just made it so people can't comfortably sit on top of the 2 pillars and a portal because it'll constantly change who goes in.

Anyway, 4th time lucky. Stomped the damn Nexus. Got myself a Thunderlord. Went back in and shredded the Heroic. When you don't have to worry about return to orbits, shanks with shields and amped up melee damage that first section is a rampage.

Did the nightfall on my first character, 12 disconnects with the monkey error later! Thanks for Rob and Kris for waiting while I rejoined time and time again!

Think I'll do the others tomorrow!
 
Sounds like I've gotten lucky tonight. Had one error the first attempt I had where it booted me before it even finished loading. Other than that its worked fine.

Typical. Finally got to rank 2 Vanguard with the lvl28 Weekly (ta to Hutchy for the semi-leech). The Legendary Engram I got as a reward was a pair of boots, the only piece I actually needed the rank 2 Vanguard for :p

Apparently if you stay up top on the boss part of the Nexus, snipe it a few times, run to the cave part and back again, the minotaur doesn't spawn. Not tried it out yet though.

Just tried this. Occasionally the yellow minotaur does spawn but as long as you have a decent machine gun (or a void weapon) you'll be able to cut through it pretty quickly. He'll spawn at the back of the cave.

I used a void damage rare machine gun and didn't have an issue.

:( three DCs from crucible server now, plus hits are lagging pretty bad.
I'm switching it off now


Up until tonight's "patch" I have probably only had three DCs the whole time i've played it (since launch).....great work...NOT!
 
Well done Bungie.

looks like the patch has killed what little stability they had and the game is now unplayable.
