Plan C isn't all that cracking to be honest, I got one from a Tiger Strike last week and just unlocked the Plan C upgrade for quick charge times after a weapon swap. It's very situational, probably more suited for the crucible players as you can quickly swap weapons and fry someone. Had a bit of fun with it in my defender bubble last night!

It's got very good stats but other than that it's not really any different to any other fusion rifle, I was hoping for unique sounds but it's just the same.

Just when I think I'm done with this game it seems to throw me a bone to keep me playing.

I hit level 30 with two characters last week, with the Iron Banner, and thought I was pretty much done until the expansion. Two hard runs through the VoG and I have tonnes of stuff to level up now and I'm still waiting on Xur selling the Horn & Icebreaker.

I had a pop at Xur's Engram today and I got the gauntlets for my Titan(my main), I now have quite a few armour combinations/options at level 30, just a lot of farming/grinding to do to get everything up to speed.

Btw, Mythoclast is awesome but runs out of ammo far too quickly, bet the gun was immense before the nerf!?
 
Is the Plan C he is selling Arc burn?

If so I will save my Strange coins for now. I already have a 267 attack Arc Light/Beware that is just waiting on Ascendant energy to fully upgrade.

No point using up my exotic slot when I could use Icebreaker instead.
 
I love my Patience and Time, but then I don't have an ice breaker so can't compare really. I've also heard good things about the Invective, but shotguns are more of a crucible weapon for me, and it'll take a beast of a gun to pry my bleeding claws off my Comedian (drop model, not bought, so no full auto).

Also, I get the impression that some of the guys on here are occasionally looking for folks to fill slots for raids, same as us in the Forever Gaming clan. All great guys, so if you'd like to vet together with some of us for some action, feel free to drop me an invite and we can link our communities together. My PSN is D-i-d-d-u-m-S

Ice breaker for PvE, Suros for PvP I reckon..

Icebreaker is top of my wish list, the thing just won't drop for me.

@Diddums, I'm often stuck looking for games/players. Feel free to add me. We used to have a regular group of 6 but 3 of them are now infrequent/inactive.
 
picked up the crest and plan c, have my hunter sitting at 29 with just the chest piece letting me down on the raids if i start doing the hard raids i open myself up to the helm which according to my mate is even rarer :( i feel like am going to be stuck at 29 after the dlc in december
 
Helmet dropped on my first completion with my Titan, First completion with my hunter dropped the Vex! Don't lose hope, hard mode gives double loot too, assuming you haven't done normal that week.
 
I had my titan at Lvl 30 after just 2 normal runs. My Hunter has been stuck on 29 for ages waiting for a chest to drop.

So I will get the chest piece for my hunter.

I now need a raid helmet and I'm 30. I have a hard raid checkpoint save at gorgons maze if anyone is interested in doing that tonight add me.
 
Is Plan C much cop? Not got any exotic weapons yet but have 27 strange coins burning a hole in my pocket. Not sure whether to spend them or save for something better next weekend...
 
I think the only real standout exotics are Ice Breaker and Gjallahorn, maybe Suros Regime. The rest are a bit meh and not worth taking the exotic slot imo. Although saying that I do use P&T a fair bit but mainly because it's my only maxed special.

I may be able to lend a hand, it'll probably be around 21:00 when I'm available though. Have a 29 Warlock or 30 Hunter I could run it with.
 
I'm picking up as many exotics as I can purely in the hope that the changes Bungie are going to introduce make all the exotics worth having in their own way.
