You wouldn't attempt the Nightfall pre lvl 20 as that would be silly, so the XP boost is redundant imho.

Weapons and armour need XP to level up. With the XP boost, it's quicker to level up those items than without it, so it's still worth having. Of course, if all your weapons and armour are already maxed, there's no real need for it.
 
Got Hard Light from nightfall, I don't usually like high RoF ARs but this one is pretty sweet.

I also discovered that the Perk which returns missed rounds to the magazine on Super Good Advice, includes hits on detainment fields in VoG and hits on Oracles as a 'miss'. SGA + Black Hammer for next VoG run!
 
Just soloed the daily (kill crotas soul - lvl30), found a decent hiding spot in the back right, surprisingly low down, so no tricky jumping under fire, from the spot you can pick off the Knights and the witches, although I had to come out to get the last one, the fire from crotas soul is blocked by one the ribs so you can murmur it to death easily :) 3 energy booooo :(

Just got the exotic bounty. Should i go for thorn or bad juju? Which one you think is better for pve? The third option is the shotgun but i am not playing shotguns in this game at all

I'd say thorn, it's one of the best hand cannons. I found bad juju tough to use - high rate of fire and very low impact.

The thorn bounty is a tough one though especially if, like me, you don't play pvp. One of the parts is to get 500 points in the crucible with void weapons (5 for a kill, -3 for a death) The last part of the bounty is to kill a wizard called xyor on a special version of the summoning pits strike, you'll need help with that bit!

Deffinatly worth it though, thorn is awesome :D

Depends on which you prefer, hand canons or pulse rifles. I finished Bad Juju the other week and love it. Has good stability when upgraded and with a kill ammo instantly reloads and you get an additional boost to your super.

I also have Thorn but haven't upgraded it yet.
