How many are reaching the point of "i cant be ******" with this game ????
the lack of heavy ammo from xur is a big factor for me, dont get me wrong am still doing some bounties each day to put xp in armour and the few weapons that i haven't maxed out but trying to do raids with people lacking heavy ammo is stupid. Bungie must cotton on soon or my friends list is just going to be empty of people on destiny. Its already gone from 4 full lists in game to just the one

I thought I was getting there a couple of weeks ago, but I'm back to enjoying the game as much as ever. I don't do as many bounties, public events or strikes as I used to, and I never do the daily anymore, but I still very much enjoy raiding, Nightfalls, and Weeklies.
I actually prefer the CE raid to VoG. It could be because I'm usually the swordman and so it makes the Crota fight more interesting, and I also like that it's a fair bit shorter, but overall I like that there's more freedom to develop strategies in CE whereas in VoG, the mechanics of it force you into a particular strategy, especially against Atheon.
There's still a few things I have left to do in the game (get my Titan to 32 and create and level up a Warlock), and I'm looking forward to Iron Banner next week (it's the only time I venture into the Crucible). However, if there's no major update between now and the 19th May, I imagine I'll be taking a break at some point between now and then. At the moment though, I'm still hoping for Trials of Osiris and the VoG update to be made available on the 10th March. If VoG starts giving out light level 36+ armour and 331+ weapons, I'll be back in there every week until HoW is released.
The only surefire way is the weekly - if you have 3 characters doing the Level 30 Weekly, that's 27 coins per week. Other than that, it's all random. I've found the most common ways to get coins is the Nightfall, the package you get for completing the first Public Event of the day, and grinding the ROC playlist for blue engrams which quite often turn into coins.
Why do I get a feeling that the next DLC has been 'delayed' so that it minimises when the next DLC after that drops so while people are on a high from the new DLC theyll be tempted to drop some money for the next expansion pack.
Once you hit 3xmax level you kinda realise how empty that accomplishment is. Just glad I didnt waste XP into levelling non-raid/exotic weapons...

Networking is peer to peer, servers aren't involved after the matchmaking process. It'll entirely depend on who you are playing with.
it need's to stop matchmaking me with billy bob in the deep south america that guy is on dial up still and i seem to get a group every game
I've only done 1 nightfall so far on one character out of 3. Still have 2 nightfalls and 3 weeklies to do if you want to run through a few of them. gamertag is krisboats2
After some 600 + hours i'm reaching the point of burning out.
I'll do the raid and weekly / nightfalls every week but I've no enthusiasm to do the daily bounties any more.
Hope the house of wolves DLC brings some more fun back into the game.

After playing almost every night with you guys to going almost cold turkey i miss the company. might have to join the xbox live party and chat away while watching tv or something lol

Activision consider destiny a success and Destiny 2 is underway.
If nothing else, the gang will be back together again once Destiny 2 comes out
Just did the daily story and got a Legendary Engram that turned into hardlight. Colour me happy! I think the only exotic gun I haven't had now is Red Death, the rest have dropped or been bought. I didn't even know about Xur the first few weeks.
I've been putting all my xp into Dead orbit, got a solar sniper rifle that wasn't too bad but most of the time I get tat.
