This game can officially do one now. I'm now up to 52 Crota kills on normal, and I still don't have a single Black Hammer yet. I've had at least 6 of every other weapon from normal mode, but Black Hammer just refuses to drop. It's an absolute joke and I'm sick of it. I get RNG, but this is just ridiculous now. I thought it was bad when it took 20 Atheon kills to finally get the Epilogue!

I need an extended break from the game now otherwise I think I'm going to snap the disk in half.

A couple of months break has worked for me, I've recently got back into it and enjoying it again. Although NF was a bit of a kick in the teeth - 2 characters = 2 legendary No swearing - Davey shotguns .... Yay! Welcome back .... :rolleyes:

Since patch 1.1.1 Shotguns actually have a use now. Make sure to double check their stat roll before scrapping them.

Yeh both had awful rolls :(

I have Felwinters Lie with Void, shot package, return to sender and flared magwell. It's a beast with super fast reload, this weeks NF was mental :D

Shame on the legendaries but nice roll on the Felwinter's lie. Mine is void with full auto and hammer forged + something else which is quite nice but I can't remember..

I hated them until the most recent patch and now can't get enough of them!
 
Does XP from PVP not count towards weapons?

I ran my Warlock through a couple of rounds last night, the XP was going towards my armour but not my weapons?

If anyone is on later and wants to give me and Jaffa far a hand with the nightfall later it would be appreciated, just give either one of us a shout. PSN redrooster303.

I said I'd help him through it to try get him a decent gun/armour as he has yet to do a NF and still has a blue primary. It will be easier with a third as he's only lvl 27 (or is it 29, forget now). Cheers

I might be on but will be playing Dyling light past 8PM. Ping me if you need a hand if I am on before. :)

At level 27 I would suggest he act in a support / revive roll as the damage penalty will be very noticable (both ways). 29 will be fine.

I didn't win a single exotic - in fact none of the three of us did in this weeks NF. It's a joke this game.

If it's any consolation I done about the same amount of runs of Crota and never had Hand or Word of Crota. :( Got Black Hammer and Fang of Ir Yut on all three of my characters! ffs - bungie the trolls.

Don't worry bud - we've got something else to keep us busy at least till House of Wolves comes out ;)

Level 29, using a fully upgraded "Stalker BNGL" and it looks amazing, black scout rifle with a white tiger on either side... Best looking gun in game :D:p
