It doesn't take too long at all to hit the level cap now, so by all means get the legendary edition.

nerfing drop rates = people play the game longer to grind weapon parts


it's rule number 1 in MMO's make the game as big a grind as you can.

Went to buy some legendary armour last night. Was supposed to buy boots so the armour rating would have gone from 255 to 280. Bought a chest piece instead and only boosted it from 277 to 280 Was proper raging at myself

So, I had this game when it first came out and sold it quickly as I was very disappointed with it.

I've heard that it is much improved now with the DLC. Is it worth buying the Legendary Edition now or will I have too much catching up to do?

It's definitely worth buying now. I got bored within a month when the game first came out because of a lack of content but it's excellent now and there is a LOAD more content. It is now what it should have been to start with.

Well and truely hooked again! Love the changes to ttk especially the quest system. Just finished the chaperone exotic quest, ridiculously hard but awesome.

I'm enjoying this again but really struggling to level up or get decent weapons. Tbh I have no idea what is going on half the time or what kit I should be using.

Generally ive asked in here if its something specific, they all been helpful.

Regarding guns do strikes, Kit its up to you really whilst something may be high stats doesnt mean you like it for example i dislike handguns as my primary and ive picked up quite a few powerful ones.

I enjoyed prison of elders, i got decent gear from that though if you want year 2 stuff then just do the taken king story and then once done it unlocks tons of quests which has been dropping great stuff for me since

In my defence, when destiny first started i was running destiny 24/7 when loot cave was around, goto work come home and pickup everything
