I'm now up to the final part of the sword quest too, I have the arc sword. I need to team up to do it too, so maybe we can help each other out (although I've no idea what time I can get online tonight as the wife is starting to complain about how much I've been on destiny lately!).

nope, they have not :/

it's not leading anywhere yet tho... it might just be lazy level design,

but the basics are that you can kill the sword breaker and get his sword..... seems to only be on a fresh attempt as wiping seems to make them sense you easier.

I've tried killing the ogre and heading to the pillar on the left hand side. i'm going to try and get to the room with the scannable pillar and see if anything happens. if not ......i don't know, maybe head over the bridge and chop some stuff up.

Also inferno doubles is popping the grimoire now, and there's apparently a 25/50/100 win grimoire grind to do for doubles now (sigh!)

This 300 lvl sunless cell is doing my nut. Managed to do it with 2 291 light guys and somehow about a minute before the big guy goes down all the knights die. I don't know if it was thralls exploding but we were so close!

I'll be home from work at 4:30 and the mrs doesn't get home until 8:30 so i have a 4 hour window for playing destiny tonight! Looking to get my sword and touch of malice hopefully.

I don't really understand why Bungie put the 30 second timer on that strike along with matchmaking. It was a recipe for disaster from the get go.

Would be fine if there was some kind of prompt, event just a countdown timer after the knight for your sword was down. I got very lucky and did mine first time with randoms....the other two missed out though.

Took me and a couple of friends 2 runs to do it. First time we nailed the knight we were meant to nail but didn't nail Alak Hul so had to re-start and next run we got him down for my exotic sword aka darkdrinker lol.

It's a tough strike with the enemies at lvl 42.
