As tempting as it is I'm going to stick with my £90 pledge which included pretty much everything important. Although been mega jealous of my mate in Alpha now you guys in premium beta! :)
 
Argh just caved and added £ to premium beta, downloading now.

edit - hahah loving it, real old school feel but with jaw drop graphics. HOTAS really coming into its own, SC has a lot to live up to.

As far as I can see this is not a Beta but a rerun of the Alpha for those of us who paid less. I've got problems with multiple controllers and it appears this bug/feature was not fixed until a later Alpha.
 
Hey cav, is that you in the forums with trackir? Trying to get my 3 to work with it. Sounds like your issue is you need to set up dead zones?

Yes its me bud!
I think you could be right but I don't get for example when I tilt my head towards the floor, the virtual head does the same except not all the way down.

It feels like the environment is still on "rails" if you know what I mean?
 
I'm going to have try and get my trackir 3 working with it tonight so if that is the case ill let you know, otherwise post if you have any joy with it!

Also will this game work with eyefinity, I tried it once but everything looked EXTREMELY fisheyed.

Nothing official as far as I know, but I got it working using a custom profile in nvidia inspector and had to force AFR2 mode as the others either didn't make a difference or caused massive frame rate drops. I have a dual GT 650M laptop, so need to squeeze every last frame out of it!
 
£15 for me, add it to your basket and get as far as checkout, will show any discounts then. Caved in and downloading now, at least this way I know if I will have to get a HOTAS setup or I can manage on K/M.
 
Its the only kickstarter I have funded, more on nostalgia from the original than anything else, started at £30 iirc and then raised to £90, this extra £15 was a sweet spot.
If I hadn't had done the kickstarter I believe that I would be waiting for the game release instead.
