also depends on which HAC were talking about, some really struggle at solo PVP against some things, also depends on the persons skills, a lot of factors go into this, but id say the geddon
 
If it's a vaga.. well, nuff said.

A Munnin would beat a geddon too I reckon, even more so with no cap usage on projo's. Passive hardeners for the pwn to already high em/therm stats.

Depends on situation.. arranged or by chance?

Also just thought about this, i suppose would depend on who gets the upper hand first, either the geddon is already in battle mode and stumbles across an unready HAC for instance or the other way around, without details on the situation these 2 meet, its hard to say who would win.
 
it would depend on th setup of the geddon and spesicics on setup, which hack(s) it would go against ect?

generally i would say HACsimply because the tracking on large weapons isn't usually tha great and most of the HACs have good EM and Thermal naitive resists be it sheild or amour.

Is a Munin worth getting as my first HAC?

i love my munnin, i've had it for months and it just wont die, it's got 720II's, ABII, 2 sens damps + dmg mods and some other bits to keep the grid up etc

i've had it in fleets where we've been crazy out numbered and it hasnt died :D i really should get round to swapping it for a Vaga tbh but i do like to have a ship for the duration of it's life :D

Dual Heavy Pulse 2, Conflags, Dual Fleeting Web, Scram.

Lar2, plates, damage mod and some heatsink.

Should kill most HACs. Except for fagabonds, which will probably run.
 
yes but it will take 10 years to lock so they can warp, the only way to kill a vaga is to dual web, the best ship is the sac, but only 1 point, so it better not have stabs :p

arbi is great, but only for killing small stuff, you have to impobilise things as it cant tank, and then wear it down.

curse cant tank for love nor money, 1-2 launchers filled with presicion torps made short work of mine and again dosent have the dmg to kill anything fast, a claw could take one down if it killed the drones

arbi works well VS ANY turrit based ship tbh.
 
Does anyone use ntl and eve forums successfully? I have loads of login problems trying to access 'my character' or post on the forums. using ntl in loughborough (east midlands)

I have no problems if I go through my uni's proxy server though.

:confused:
