..and sorry but lol at the concept of BoB's "donut effect"
BoB players like everyone else play the game for fun, fun to them..and to a lot of others, is killing other players/alliances etc. If BoB want another region, they take it.

Ok guys i can't make up my mind

Recently moved deep into 0.0 with my corp.

Now biggest and bestest i can fly at the minute is a Brutix, and tomorrow morning i'll be able to use T2 medium rails. Now my question to you guys are as follows.

what do i train for next?

I'm split between

An Inty
A Covert Ops
Or a Battleship

I'm looking to do PvP'ing/npc ratting

Thanks for any suggestions :)
 
Get a battleship so you can operate more effectively solo in 0.0 space. :)

A brutix with good skills can probably handle some of the lower end spawns, but will have difficulty holding it's tank against some of the bigger ones.

Aye as i've been told by most of my corp mates,

In my area the higher end npc's are about 1.8 million. Whilst the lowerend ones are about 40k and upwards, I shouldn't have a problem taking out the 40kish ones as i used to rat those in just general low end, so my corp mates could start on the higher end ones and i could take out the annoying lower end ones :)

But that's the point, you can't solo much - you always need somebody around to 'babysit' you as it were. Get a BS asap! :)

true, although the experience in surviving 0.0 and general fun/confidence boost it gives you is worth it i think; but anyway, if you want to take the course but dont have 5 mil spare, the instructors have always made a point that, if you go into their public channel -- au_pvp_university and tell them you cant afford the course fee, they let you rat with them or something.


this generates good relationships so the people tell their friends , which gets them more customers etc... but who cares if it gets you the cash to do it? If youre at the point where you are ready to leave eve anyway, id sell all my ships but one to raise the cash - what have you got to lose?

all you need for the course is a t1 frigate, a warp disruptor, sensor dampener and an AB. (more or less)

now, lest ppl think i am a pvp university guy i will shutup on the subject ! :-)
 
45 mins to go. I forgot to change my skill so will lose a while 10 minutes training time! Oh think of the skillpoints!

my skill finished 30 seconds befor the downtime, kicked off another taking 1hr and 8mins

An Eve thread to hold everyones char names, Corp and Alliance they're in would be cool, just so we know who everyone is, seems a lot of people on OCuk forums are playing eve... Would be interesting to know if we are fighting each other, or have done in the past :)

Around 30 mins till we are back in action!!

Aye but it would need to a be a sticky otherwise it just wouldn't keep updated i reckon.
