First time I have really sat down and watched this.

The Hunt fight was amazing, the other bloke wiped him out. The final punch was brutal and nearly put his face through the ring floor.

Last fight looked really good with and could have been great but the champ knocked the bloke out in about 30secs with a good right.

Might have to watch this more often :)

Welcome to the dark side, newts! Good to have you here.

:D

To be fair I've never say and watched it before, most surprising was the amount of blood flying about, you rarely see that level of brutality in sport

So how often does it show on tv?

Also why are all the shows numbered?

The events are generally monthly but as the organisation has grown we sometimes get two a month. Also, as far as I know, there's no particular reason as to why the PPV events are numbered.

Good night of fights but unsurprising outcomes for the two HW fights. I don't particularly want to see JDS vs Cain again as I think it'll play out exactly like their last fight.

If you really are interested and want to learn about the sport then your best bet would be to go back and watch some of the older fights. I've only been into MMA for 2/3 years but have been completely engrossed ever since. Torrented all the way back to UFC 90 when I first heard about it. It's easily the best way to gain some quick, general knowledge on MMA, in my opinion anyway.

I wish I was new to MMA, so many great events from the past that you can find and watch.

If you liked Hunt vs JDS then may I suggest trying to find somewhere to watch Shogun vs Henderson. If like me you're a massive Mark Hunt groupie then have a look for Wanderlei Silva vs Mark Hunt from something like 8 years ago also, fantastic fight.

Also have a look for some of the old PRIDE events, you'll find a lot of old PRIDE fans here, the fighters havent made the transition from PRIDE to UFC very well (in general) but their shows were awesome for the sheer pagentry and showmanship invovled.

UFC 100 is worth watching, just for the Buffer 360.

Only just got round to watching the Cain Vs Bigfoot card.

I like JDS, but really, that's why he will never beat Cain, his cardio isn't up to the pace Cain puts on people. He was blowing badly at the end of the 2nd, lucky for him Hunt is hardly a machine in the cardio department.

As for the main event, obvious result was obvious.
