Ive just won the league on the final day of the season.
Was 2 points behind. And Juve were playing some no-namer team.
They drew!
After having 5-7 injurys to my 22man squad for the last 3 months of the campaign, a league win, semis of CL, supercup win and in the final (to play) of the coppa is quite good.
Definatelly gonna have to spend big though for next season.
Current squad is:
GK: Akinfeev / Mirante.
DL: Pasqual / Chiellini.
DC: Barzagli / Tuia.
DC: Criscito / Breno.
DR: Alves / Cassani.
DM: Mascherano / Nocereno.
MC: Fabregas / Marchisio.
MC: Rosina / Gourcuff.
AMC: Kaka / VanDerVaart.
ST: Bojan / Balotelli.
FC: Pato / Walcott.
Ive got a VERY promicing GK youngster in my youth team who im thinking of having second choice instead of Mirante. Give him a game every 3-4 matchs. Should start developing faster then.
Cassani & Alves are all 30, but theres another season in them yet i feel.
Barzagli & Pasqual are 31, again another season there.
Tuia is a weak link i feel, i checked his PA, and its around 160. Which isnt good enough imo.
Mascherano hasnt had a decent game all season and Nocereno isnt a natural DM.
Gourcuff is handy to have, as is Rosina.
Kaka & VDV are 30/31, so i could do with looking at replacements.
And i want to get rid of one of my strikers and get Aguero instead.
Thoughts and suggestions?

Ive worked it out that to play Memphistos 4-2-3-1 formation, my squad would be:
GK: Akinfeev /

I would change mate just for a different way of playing, id keep all three strikers though, as I have huntelaar / Villa and Adriano in case one or two get injured.
for the AMC im not sure who will be about in your season or whether your playing the 4.0.2 patch however Luis Jimenez should be about and hes done very well for me in that position although he may be pushing 29-30 in your season.
the other option would be to play fabregas there ?
and bring in another DMC someone like De Rossi ?
Also Aguero would be best as the AMCR and not in the AMC position imho as the ANMC needs to be creative the AMCR / L lethal finishers of which aguero defiently is
If you get him then maybe play kaka and VDV in the AMC position ?
with rosina on the left and Aguero on the right, backups Gourcuff and Walcott.
for DC I would suggest Albiol awesome for me although again not sure how old he would be in your game mertsacker would also be a good choice.

Thinking about it, im not sure i need a DC. Tuia rarely gets under 7.50 ratings anyway? Although i am trying for SergioRamos...yeah aguero and a Defence minded DMC like De Rossi, although im not sure how old he will be, or maybe toulanan who looks in my game to have the stats to play that position fantastically well.

.How about my current second choice DM, Nocereno, has good stats for a defence minded MC:

Accelleration: 15
Workrate: 18
Teamwork: 18
Passing: 16
Marking: 15
Baring in mind he will be my second choice defence minded MC. With the other MC being a general one (either Fabregas/Marchisio).
Just bidding on Aguero and Ramos now. Got a transfer budget of £217m.
Got Aguero. Cost me £55m!. Ah well. Not like i was short on cash. .

Just a few questions on that tactic Memphisto:
Is it dependant on the DL/DR being that attacking? Because im tempted to drop them back to run running to WB positions so im not totally exposed at the back.
And can one of the MC positions be changed to be slightly less defence orientated? So that i can have Fabregas playing to his strengths?
Same with AMC-C for Kaka/VDV.

well the tactic i put for upload is exactly the one i use mate.
as long as yer left and right back are fast and high stamina i wouldnt change them, in terms of the DMC's all i would do is increas the creative freedom of fabregas a tad and make sure his through balls are set to the max.
I intend when i buy the suitable players to have there creativity up a few nothces and max through balls. that shouldnt affect there defensive duties too much as that is there main function due to the full backs being so attacking but should also allow for a few more killer passes for the AMC's and the forward.
with kaka the only thing i owuld do would maybe be up his creative freedom so he can also create more chances. but i wouldnt mess about too much other than that as after a few games your team will adapt and should fly.
you wont win games like 10 - 0 but you shouldnt concede too many as long as yer central defenders have good stats for heading / jumping / tackling / pace / concentration and decisions yer wingbacks need to be decent at tackling etc, but also attack minded but the key is pace and stamina in order to cover the ground and not get too knackered.
In temrs of having too many strikers, dont worry about it, for your team PAto will probably be as good in the AMC L/R position as tbh they are more strkier like positions anyway, getting into the box and having a go as it were.

I just re-loaded my game, and my £220m transfer/£3.4m wage budgets have dropped to £150m tranfer/£2.5m wage?
And where as before SergioRamos was worth £30m, he's now worth £20m?

Just noticed, now the game things ive payed £38m for Aguero, when i actually payed £55m?
In a round about way, the games self corrected all the figures accordingly, so i havnt actually payed less, just the same percentage drop as what the £55m would have taken from my £220m budget?

Ive tweaked the tactic slightly to allow fabregas/marchisio more creativity and more long shots.
And tweaked Kaka/VDV positions to more long shots and more forward runs/run with ball.
Seems to be working quite well. Apart from the striker and GK, every other position rotates every game. I rotate the strikers as nessessary, although i would still prefer one less, as two of my AMCs can play in ST position anyway.
Still though.
Havnt lost yet. Won most of my friendlys by 10goals+ and ive won the first two league games 3-0 and 6-1..

Here is the man that replaced Barazite, the final piece in my jigsaw and I just knew he'd be a success.
Won the league three times in a row now.
Thought a few of you might like this last screenshot. Look who finished in 18th place. As you can see from the score, guess who relegated them

Oh and special mention to Paul Dean who finally left the club after 14 years. What a servant! With me from Conference Premier and scored the clinching goal in my first FA Cup Final win. A true fans favourite, a true legend!

John Sheridan, formerly of Oldham, was manager at AC Milan for a couple of years. He has since been sacked and replaced by Paul Jewell....
Steven Gerrard was manager of Sunderland before being appointed as Liverpool manager. After one season he has been sacked.
Daniele De Rossi manager at Catania.
Can't seem to think of any others now! Oh and Stuart Pearce was at Barca before replacing me as England manager after I resigned following the World Cup win.
