Well some solution, a lint free cloth and some elbow grease, and it appears the scratches(marks) are gone and the game is working fine now. :) Delighted
 
Has anyone sold or bought a car on auction house ?? i have tried to sell about 8 cars cheaply and i bid on 2 cars but didnt get them .

I see that black corvette lingenfelter is in this game that was in the first forza game and its still a nightmare handling wise , hell i hired a driver to do the 4 races because i was all over the place driving it :p .

When do the auction house options appear? I am currently on level 16 have about 140k credits and have won about 10 cars (only bought my 1st car, all others are prizes).

Have looked everywhere and can't see any auction options. I just assumed they need unlocking. (I picked Asia region if that makes a difference).

Right, But can you use the cars in your career? Surely it would make more sense to put it on the buy car screen!

You can indeed, only ones ive bought were the 2 that moody in this thread offered cheap.. and ive used them for the Audi cup challenges. :)

Something i dont fully understand is the ¨1,000,000 Online Credits achievement¨ the description is earn 1,000,000 ¨online credits¨ from Tournament and Career races... ive got 2mill in the bank, but this have been earned using the singleplayer career mode... to get online career credits do I have to do all this again? :confused:

Thought I'd got used to the RWD cars til I had to use the 1982 Porsche 911. What a pile of crud. Point it in a straight line and never ever turn the wheel :D

I absolutely hate the RWD yank cars too.
 
really enjoying the game now

got my 997GT3 pimped out to the max and find there are not many events to use it in

i am up for some online races though, not very skilled though and use auto gears
 
GT3 Cup cars are immense :D

Also for drifting fun; mildly tweaked AE86, can hang the back end out round nearly all the corners.

I would guess you would have to do lots of online career races? ;)

ie play REAL people online perhaps? :p ;)
 
My U999 rated DC2 Integra is kickass, but i cant find any races i can use it in :(

The auction thing is annoying, when you bid the timer goes back up to 2 minutes, means your can be sitting for ages to win a car. Took me almost 40 minutes just to get a GT500 stang.
 
Im playing in this and will have to reserve judgement yet as I cant seem to get anywhere.

Winning crap cash (all aids off) and not enough to buy cars and spend the few grand I get on making the mini S a bit faster.

Do I need to be off the proving ground before i actaully get anywhere?
 
I'm gonna start an online race in a bit see if anyone wants to play online. I'll send out invites to anyone on my list who is online playing FM2.

Yeah Ive found that with the 2 cars I've pimped the most. I've ended up using different cars at each event so far. But I suppose it gets you used to the different cars and classes.

I suppose if you could use you main car in most events it would get dull and even easier.

Nope before you finish proving ground you will start to win more cars for the next section and money to upgrade them and so on.
 
hi

can i ask how long it takes until i can get cars like ferrari,db9s ect.?

ive got a vw golf which is graded A class ,but as im new to this game im on novice level when should put it on to a harder level?? as i feel im missing the real meaning of the game on novice.

I guess I need to get in the other cars then and win those races as well and see how we go. Its just a little frustrating at the moment
 
IMO lvl20+ is when you start getting the good cars.

Im now upto lvl37 (18hrs driving time) and ive got 70cars worth 13mill and 2mill in the bank.
