Finally got my copy! Such a stunning game.

One thing though....i am trying to configure the controller to what i had in Forza 2. Am i correct in saying that there is no way to get the Right Thumb Stick to change gear without having the Accelerator on the Left Trigger?

Or am i just missing something completely obvious?

Make sure you don't install Disc 2 from the dashboard and is it throws a bit of a wobbler if you do! You'll get prompted to install Disc 2 when you first load up the game so do it from that prompt rather than the dash.

Do you install the first disk manually from the dashboard or is the installation automatic when you put the CD in ?

i installed disc 1 as normal, loaded the game and installed disc 2 when the posh guy told me.

You don't have to install disc 1, just play from the disc and it'll prompt you to install the contents of disc 2 when you start the game.

Forza 3 every day of the week

Only played it for a little bit last night, great fun but not quite as good as i expected the incar graphics are a bit pants

Looking forward to starting playing it properly tonight

about to go and get this but this comment earlier has put me off a bit not sure whether to bother now

You get an acheivement for taking a photo and then you get one for putting it on the store front

This game is awesome handling feels much better then FM2. FM2 didn't feel right when you had full tire wear on.

I love this game. Been playing it for over 2 hours now, the time has gone so quick. I need to get a lot better on the vinyl design etc.

Has anyone else got the bottomed out acheivement? I got it on my first race, I don't remeber jumping 5 feet?

Yeah I got it on the first race too.

You get if you manage to take the little bump flat out after the first corner on the snaking run down the hill.

Has anyone been in to town today? Just wanted to know if there were any good trade-in deals against NFS:S anywhere (apologies if discussing this isn't allowed?). Just that my gf got me a free copy of that from work but would much prefer Forza
