***The Official Forza Motorsport 3 Thread***

Has anyone heard anything about the pre-order cars where you had to email a copy of your receipt?

Edit: Don't worry just read the rules

Get on or around 4/11/2009.

I like the benchmark thing in the upgrade section. Was that in Forza 2?

Its expensive to increase the size of your wheels!

Thanks ja3h :) I'll ask the missus if she would be offended about trading in a free gift after a day :p

Good effort Fox, where's your bimmer though o_O

about to go and get this but this comment earlier has put me off a bit not sure whether to bother now

Are you a graphics whore then?

Anyway the interiors are not 'pants', they are just a bit bland and 'flat' looking. Sure, the visuals can be a bit hit and miss, but over-all it is a great looking game.

Besides, who cares if it looks a little ropey at times? It's all about the gameplay, about how the cars feel and in that respect it is just sublime.

I must admit the interiors were incredible in Shift, when you upgraded the interior or fitted a roll cage it would change in the in car view. The gameplay is much better on Forza 3 - I don't feel let down by the graphics, it looks amazing.

When you buy wheels how do you know if they're chrome or not? Because I would like the option to change its colour. Is it just by how shiny they are?

You can see the rollcage in the interior in FM3 too.

You can tell wheels are chrome because they look.......chrome.
