its pretty naff really, i'm worried Amazon have not not changed the date from 2nd December

The silence from some of them is worrying. Still we'll know in seven days’ time.

Supposedly from the 4G LTE version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. After more than 5 hours of heavy (“lots of surfing” and brightness at max) of use there is still 45% left on it. We shall see.

This doesn't seem likely guys - O2 have already confirmed they will stock it from the 14th at the earliest and 17th at the latest.

I've just been talking to sales and they have no information on dates. So is this just more hearsay?

Unfortunately that is no more concrete than anything else. Sales staff give out wrong information more often than not.

Yup it can't be relied upon. I've also tried the chat thing just now and got:

I would love to help you with this, but sorry to say that we do not have any update on the same from Samsung for the Galaxy Nexus. However we're expecting it by the maximum December.

Which confirms my call to them. So best wait and see.

I wouldn't get too gloomy about it. If you don't get one next week you’ll see one two weeks later. I'd just sit tight and wait.

It doesn't look that way unless handset only deals are delayed by two weeks but people lke Clove have not changed their dates. I trust that the likes of O2 won't be adding anything O2 to it.
