Dark Sky seems to be the best app for weather, it flashes me notifications saying "Drizzle starting now" just as it starts raining. It did the same for snow once when I was in the office. Neither I nor my colleague had seen any snow forecast but a minute or so after it gave me the notification, it started snowing.

I believe Apple bought it recently so it'll probably be integrated into the iOS weather app at some point.

WTForecast is good for a giggle for about five minutes.

Yes, it goes offline at the end of 2022. Presumably iOS 16 will have its functionality.

It's already in iOS 15 but more integration is coming with 16.

I’ve been comparing.BBC Weather and Met Office apps for a few weeks. Met Office is definitely more accurate.

But I’m not sure they have a widget? I agree they are very acc though

Turns out the Met Office have a half descent widget! Testing it currently

Totally missed this but when iPadOS 15.4 was released a magic keyboard brightness toggle was added to Control Centre. I’ve just enabled it and it makes a world of difference.

Seems to be a pretty important update as it fixes a couple of vulnerabilities that have been exploited, kernel - CVE-2022-32894 and webkit - CVE-2022-32893. Updated my SE earlier, all seems fine.
