Looks like good news at Nokia:

If you follow the stock market, today was an interesting day to be a Nokia investor as the stock jumped over 12% to close at $3.31 a share. For the last 8 weeks, Nokia’s stock has been hovering around the $2.65 mark—sometimes going up slightly, sometimes going down—but always around that price point. But for the last few days, it’s been creeping up with a big explosion today, actually peaking at $3.40 before coming down slightly before the close of the market.

LOL at the comments from iMORE

For instance, although HERE launched on iOS and even Paul Thurrott was commenting on how it is better than the Windows Phone version (we disagree but see his point), the iOS community is far from impressed. Glancing over the comments on iMore we can see iOS users are not thrilled.
Here is just a sample:
“Slow and ugly.”
“This is what Nokia came up with? Absolute garbage”
“Wow. I had to apologize to my 4S for wasting space for this steaming pant-load of an app.”

Yikes. In other words, it’s not like iOS users are now in love with Nokia or that Google should be shaking in their boots.

Whatsapp has always been rubbish on WP and barely updated. It's like they have just one person working on it and not a good one. Anyway I'm using it on my 920 and haven't had any lockup yet, fingers crossed.
Remember Nokia is working on a revamped version of the app for their phones so hopefully this will be out before the new year.

I have WhatsApp on my L920 and not had any form of a lockup.

Interesting news about Nokia working on the app.

Damn it i cant make my mind up between this and the Nexus4, sell it to me guys, why should i go for this from an i4S?

If you are thinking about getting this device, the simplest thing is to test out.

Everyone can give a opinion, its personal preference.

Try both and see what's the best device for you.

It looks like the US are getting some good WP8 deals for Black Friday, Lumia 920 / 810 are currently showing as free.

I contacted them last night and got this reply:

At time of edit Clove appear to still be taking orders for the 920. I'd have thought they'd have run out of stock by now. Then again, if they're taking funds when orders are placed it's a nice little earner for them. Cynical? Moi?

As soon as Yellow hits, its mine......:D:p
