Yeah. I bought a load of stuff to register as VIP so I could pre-order the Mini.

Its the first Lego Ideas (formerly Cuusoo) set that isn't based on an existing physical object or IP, and its from a guy who is quite well known within the user created Lego models world. Basically its the first 'proper' fan made Lego Ideas set and they have marketed it heavily. Some might say a bit too heavily :p.

Theres nothing really special about it other than it being unique, and rare. But it is cool as a penguins nads and looks frigging awesome!

I expect it will, otherwise they would still list a shipping date on the site. There's no reason not to, if there was more available stock coming.

People can choose to ignore what we're saying but If you haven't got one already, you're probably going to miss out. Only option now is to find stock in store.

I can't buy a break with lego. Ordered the Hoth base set from Toysrus as a reward for my son for his school report and swimming.

First one comes and looks like the box has been used as a trampoline. No problem set up a door swap. Second one comes just opened it up and it's been opened before. The instructions and stickers are unsealed as is one of the bags and some of the stickers have been used!

I have no options as this is the end of the run and it was a toys r us exclusive :(
