Have you made any progress on this?

Also, did you buy balls from them or what are you going to use instead?

Having a read around, these seem to be the best alternative https://www.amazon.co.uk/Quercetti-...ll+100+pieces&qid=1567773467&s=gateway&sr=8-1

the balls from pv-productions are £11.53 for 50 of them, so these are a massive saving.

Yep, it's physically complete, but it doesn't work. Seems I've messed up the gearing on one of the modules so some rework is required :(

I got 2 packs of balls from pv-productions

i bought the instructions for the other machine (and the free one for the spirograph) the balls just arrived from amazon i ordered so will make a start building the big GBC soon. The first few pages of the instructions do talk about some adjustments that may need to be made on the ones i got. The spirograph worked well. Maybe we can swap instructions later ;)

Now that the GT3 is retired is is ever likely to drop from the £250-£300 range?

Edit: seen one on ebay for £200 in a damaged box brand new. Tbh I'm gonna build, not horde for future value so might go for that.
