I'll start :D

Different recipe this year, my first deviation in probably 11 years from a hand-me-down generational / traditional cake. Light sugar instead of dark, no treacle, no cinnamon, no cloves, no ginger, just heavy fruit including apricots, cherries, raisins, currents, etc. Baked just under 3 hours at 150c.

First brandy cake too, I used sherry for years, then moved to Bourbon for the last 3 years or so.

Feeding now, twice a week probably up until the week before.
