Either they've deleted the tweet or you misread this:
"We’re fulfilling pre-orders as quickly as we can. We are receiving blue S3s from Samsung, but stock is still limited"
No mention of when they are receiving them or when they are shipping.

Got my Pebble Blue S3 and its gorgeous
Haven't got time to set it up properly but will have a fiddle later. Funny thing was 2 of the sales blokes at CFW wanted to know how I got mine as there is a waiting list for it.....
The demo phone in store had the different shades of blue on back and front. But with mine the carpet matches the curtains
I know its early but it looks nice.

Argh! I called CPW this morning and they said none of their branches had the blue one
Try getting the product code and ask them to do a stock search.

When I called them earlier they said it hadn't arrived yet... maybe their office is on a temporal anomaly.
Or they dont have a clue? I think mines more likely

SO I got up early last Friday morning (6:00am) to go pick up the S3 from my nearest 3 shore that opened at 9am, knowing there would be limited stock I wanted to get over early. So went over gave the guy my details and he turns around and tells me I'm not eligible for an upgrade 
to cut the story short, because I was technically 2 days late paying my bill this month, it had voided my upgrade and i was told I would have to wait maybe up to 2 weeks for it to become available again 
But just got a text about an hour ago telling me I'm eligible again, so just went online and ordered instead and have them post it out to me

I called up CPW again and the guy laughed at me saying none of their branches had the blue SGS3. So I mentioned that Cyclone picked his up from Harlow, and the guy said Cyclone must be lying
