when did you buy it? sound like an SDS issue.

Just picked myself up a S III Mini upgraded from a S I. Is there any must have tweaks or anything people would recommend me coming to this phone as a newbie to help improve it? :)

After updating the firmware, did either of you do a factory reset?

Although it's not required, I think it's essential. Especially if going from ICS to JB.

And clankk, if your firmware is JB, a factory reset will keep it on JB :)

No will reset on weekend. thanks

Hi been having issues connectong my s3 to my pc. every time I connect it I getan error message stating ewindows device error can't find hardware Id. The only way I can get it to work is by reinstalling the driverstthrough kies just before connecting it but I have to do this every time. has anyone else had this problem and if so is it the phone or the pc at fault

For anyone running Wanam v5.6:

If you try to customize lock screen settings does the Settings application just crash? I cant get into the lock screen customization settings at all =/

I have no idea which version of wanam I'm running (the part which usually tells you says @2131XXXXXX ) but I have exactly the same issue as you describe. Annoying, but i can live with it.

I've just signed up to the T-Mobile Full Monty plan, where it says tethering is "not allowed".

If I try and share my 3G connection via Bluetooth or Wifi on my S3, will it just not work?

Does the S3 operate in way that a service provider can tell which data was used normally, and which was tethered?

It'll work and they probably won't even notice as long as you don't take the pee with your data use over tethering.
