Yeah different retailers have different offers, Vodafone are the ones with a free PS4.

Still no contact from O2 over here, I'd just be happy if they confirmed that I've been accepted onto the network as 24 hours definitely passed. Bit shoddy from a major network provider, my last two orders this year from resellers have all been great with confirmations and accurate ETAs in hours.
 
Anyone waiting on O2. I just live chatted with them, and got my delivery details. Mines going to store (why can you not deliver to a work address I will never know) but I can see its out for delivery. She said as soon as they get it in store and process it that's when I will get an email saying I can pick it up.

I order late yesterday so I am guessing most of you lot will get an email in the next few hours whether it's going to a store or your lovely homes.


I do agree that having your account say nothing at all is not great, some form of status update or even acknowledging you now own a product after they have taken monies would have been nice.
 
Not a sausage here, it's either not been despatched or this release is that stealthy you're not even told when it's delivered.

Is that for store pickup or home delivery? I wonder if we are meant to get the ones for the store delivery's. Either way it's very steathy.

Mine says it due tomorrow but its stop 19 today and its out for delivery.
 
Yeah got mine also, feels little cheap but feels really good in the hand, quite like the aspect ratio too.

Funnily enough there was no order sheet with mine, and my SIM isn't working/not provisioned. Seems O2 have made a few messes with this release
 
selected store delivery and no news yet. pretty sure you need a reference they will only send with the confirmation as well.
 
Zero news on mine, I'm picking up from the store so guess will only get some kind of notification when it physically lands there. Otherwise be very miffed seeing how the phone is showing up as in stock and I've ordered on Tuesday.
 
Mine was delivered yesterday morning. Had no word, text or email from anyone at the store or O2 customer service. Really disappointed with the poor service so far, no apology either from the guy at the store. Still, will pick up after work if I can get there in time!
 
I have yet to get anything. I will ring at lunchtime to see what is going on if I have not had an email by then. I would suggest anyone else if you haven't heard anything to do the same really.

Edit: Just rang them and they do have it.

Yeah, my IMEI isn't recognised on the promo site either. My account isn't setup yet apparently, and I suspect a lot of others aren't either hence the lack of any comms. Told to give it 24hours ..farce
 
So yeah, they fudged up my order. Only thing they can confirm is that it was accepted and for some reason I wasn't notified so at least I know I wasn't rejected by the network.

Best they can give me is that my phone is ready to dispatch, hasn't left the warehouse and I will "receive it in the next couple of days".

This is frankly awful for a major network, I was actually planning on using the airtime as I get 20% and it's not too bad but once I get the phone I'm just paying it off and be done with them. Just stick to the resellers who I never had a problem with over the years and who provided a far better service.
 
A lot of issues with O2 it seems :(

Luckily I had the option to collect mine from the DPD depo (ordered from CPW), which my s/o kindly did for me this morning. She has sent me the imei and I had no probs following the order through. Whether or not anything will materialise is another thing, but it seems as though I am in the first 1000 to claim.
 
picked mine up from O2 at lunch, IMEI not recognised, think O2 have fluffed logging these. Just waiting for my delivery of case/protector etc then will have a play this evening, though it is sitting on my desk tempting me to play now.
 
I would definitely be returning the whole thing if O2 headphone offer was limited to the first 1000 claims as I would surely miss it now.

I did check CPW store that's almost next to O2 one I was going to collect from and they have plenty of these in stock. In fact this is showing as in stock and available for delivery the next day right now on O2 site.

At least the manager of the store was apologetic, in fact said he ordered one for himself and deliveries to the store today included his phone.

When I contacted customer support they basically couldn't say why it's late, if they will even send it out today from their warehouse or any kind of apology. Here's a number if want to cancel under 14 days, adios.

Kind of expected a lot more reviews popping up for this today now that phone is officially out, maybe there was no embargo after all and everyone just needs to get their own phones to review them :p

What cases are people getting for these?
 
just some cheapo spigen-esque knockoff for now, doesn't appear to be any reputable stuff around at the moment. Will do for now until some more products surface.
