can't decide if i should order ridge racer or burnout, loved type 4 on the original PS but i'm sure RR on psp ain't gonna be half as good as that was and i guess ill just be disappointed, does look nice tho.

rinsed burnout 2 on the GC, really enjoyed that, great feeling of speed.

what are the load times like and roughly how many different courses are there? are there just a few but reversed/have sections sealed off etc?
 
Rifge racer is damn fun game, but its slightly too easy compared to type4. you can drift all corners and slam in to a wall and not lose speed.

burnout is preety good almost identical too burnout 3. id say burnout just edges it
 
picked up ridge racer, really loving it. very arcadey but i prefer those types of racers, im not big on the sim ones like gran turismo, i always find they lack fun.

when i get bored i'll pick up burnout.

Does anyone know anything at all about what's going on with Gran Turismo Mobile? Gamespot still has it in for a May 5th launch but that means nothing. I'm pretty gutted really as it was one of the only games I bought the PSP for in the first place and I expected it to be released in February... :(

No doubt it will be delayed until sometime next millenium, but does anyone have any information/links?

1UP: Finally, can you give us any update on Gran Turismo PSP?

KY: We are in the works. It is going forward. It does exist. We're working on it. We don't have a release date, of course. A question for you is do people out there really have high hopes for a GT version on PSP?

1UP: I think so, yeah. Back when it was first talked about, people got really excited. I guess it's kind of fallen off the map because it hasn't really been talked about since then, but it'll be big news.

KY: Another question. Which do you think would you or the users would like to have first: a PS3 version of Gran Turismo or PSP version of Gran Turismo?

1UP: I guess the PS3...but what you could do is have the PSP version around August and then hit the PS3 launch in November...
 
Havent used my PSP in ages, its still on 2.0 firmware, does anyone know where i can download the latest version? It just says North America on the firmware i can see on Google?
