My father in law had his telescope out earlier, looking at the moon, so i tried to capture some piccys.

wow, amazing telescope. Have you got an adapter for your camera or are you just holding it to the eye piece?

wow, amazing telescope. Have you got an adapter for your camera or are you just holding it to the eye piece?

I had a t-ring adaptor for my camera + a 'barlow' X2 telescope lens attached to the eye piece. (so no actual camera lens attached)

I only spent 30 mins with the scope and my camera, i could have stayed way longer trying diffent settings but just did not have the time. The piccys are good, i just know i could have got even better shots given more time.

ps. yeah amazing telescope, he has over 3k worth of kit!

Will be heading back to get a better shot, as it was snowing still while i took that and it can be seen in the picture which looks like dirt on the lens

Do you develop yourself? Assuming you're still a student you would probably have access to a dark room, but just wondering if you do it?

That's an awesome shot.

Thank you but no... am a student but there isn't a Dark Room for me to use. This was developed by ASDA but scanned by Tesco (went down there with other films, never using them again) This image was tweaked on lightroom too.
