Nice one, it seems everyone except me has found a ladybird
Really? Over here the place is crawling with them. Butterflies are numerous at the moment here too. Really wish i had a macro lens. Which reminds me - are reversing rings worth buying? Anyone here use them? At the moment i'm using either close-up filters or manual tubes.

I tried my new Kenko Extension tubes, but lighting was too poor to get a decent result - I didn't realise with extension tubes you practically need your lens up close to the subject. Must invest in a decent Sigma Macro lens at some point!
Bit disappointed...
my first dslr arrived today, a 500d.
Couple of pics that to be honest are very boring, but it was raining all day and i had no creativity.
Not much processing on this, the green light is from a bike light with a grennish tint
This one is processed to try and make a hideously boring subject slightly more interesting.

They forgot to put "Mmmmkay" at the bottom
One from yesterday's controversial match, not least of all by me being asked by the steward to go behind the goal area to take photos! After watching someone get their camera wellied with a ball the previous week i wasn't too happy
