Not the look I initially was going for but... spinning with her didn't give the result I wanted, in fact she fell over!
Still, nothing a little selective spin-radial blur won't recover

Fantastic, simple idea/setup but perfectly done.
Have you spotted the seals yet? There are a couple that get fed by the fishermen when the boats come in.
