Yes, I wrote them a letter two days ago and sent it recorded delivery this morning. In it I detail everything that has happened (with dates and times) and how disgusted I am with the service I have received.Did you lodge a complaint? Tbqh you should really be getting some compo for the shocking service.
I'd also assume your insurance company will be going after RAC for the claim considering it's pretty cut and dry who's at fault.
